My Qualifications

I have worked for the past fifteen (15) years as an attorney with a general state based practice. I have handled numerous Consumer cases, which include, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Personal Injury. I have represented numerous children and parents in CPS litigation as well as juveniles in criminal cases. The other part of my practice is Criminal based and ranges from class c misdemeanors to first degree felonies which includes numerous jury trials.
I also work as a city attorney Old River-Winfree and handle the City's legal matters and prosecute their traffic and ordinance violations.

Administrative Experience

Over thirty (30) years of business experience which includes, Retail Establishments,  Real Estate Investments.  During one period I had over one-hundred fifty (150) employees at one time and handled all facets of the business  including Scheduling, Payroll, Administrative Issues, and Business Planning.

Education

Graduate of Baytown Ross S. Sterling High School.  Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston Clearlake and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University.

Certified Mediator since 1990;    
Certified Helicopter Pilot since 1982;  
Licensed Real Estate Salesman/Broker since 1991;
Licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1995.
